The design brief called for a boutique, design-forward residential building that would bring the outdoors in and reflect the creative character of its Williamsburg neighborhood while offering refined finishes appropriate to a new-construction condominium.

Unit interiors feature oversized windowed walls, private terraces and balconies, elevated ceilings, ash grey hardwood flooring, custom lacquer-and-metal cabinetry, and Bertazzoni, Bosch and Liebherr appliances. The two-story attended lobby incorporates a custom light installation and a rooftop mural by artist David Paul Kay. Shared amenities include a Taschen Art Library, fitness studio, bike room, rooftop terrace, and parking.
