Meshberg Group was founded on the belief that great design must be both beautiful and smart. Led by Adam Meshberg, architect, interior designer, and developer, our firm began by redefining the potential of Brooklyn’s industrial past, transforming 19th-century factories into 21st-century sanctuaries. This expertise in adaptive reuse taught us to see the soul of a building and the possibility within it

Today, we bring that same philosophy to new developments and private residences across the country. Whether we are designing a luxury tower in Miami or a bespoke townhouse in New York, our design philosophy remains the same: we analyze the context, understand the market, and design for the future of living.

His passion for preservation and innovation drives the firm’s detailed, handcrafted aesthetic (“Brooklyn Signature”), while his understanding of real estate economics ensures every project is a viable, marketable asset.
