The new condominium tower in downtown Miami is the first of its kind- developed by Related Group, it’s partnered with Airbnb. The development features 343 fully furnished studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom condominium residences.
With a focus on flexible living for a truly modern lifestyle, the interior design program by Meshberg Group brings innovative world class amenities that channel Miami’s unique energy, a sense of well-being and a penchant for play. Amenities include a resort-style pool deck, two floors of activity amenities— including a rock climbing wall, basketball court, fitness center, spa, a fully outfitted co-working floor, an indoor/outdoor bar and lounge area.
The turn-key residential units are designed as an urban oasis, with serene color palettes and sophisticated finishes complimenting inviting modern furnishings throughout.
The 37 story downtown tower is scheduled for completion in 2022.
