The original brick facade was meticulously restored, and original wood columns and beams were preserved throughout the interiors wherever structurally possible; select residences retain exposed brick walls as a material connection to the building’s history. A two-story rooftop addition expanded the existing three-story structure to five floors. Residences feature solid wide-plank white oak flooring, Miele washer/dryers, and ceiling heights exceeding ten feet, with building amenities including a private fitness center and bike storage.
