The Design Brief

The project required establishing a cohesive interior identity for a first-of-its-kind Nashville condo hotel, creating an environment that serves both permanent residents and hotel guests with shared amenities and a consistent aesthetic along the city’s bustling West End Corridor.

The Solution

Residences feature ten-foot ceilings, spa-inspired bathrooms, premium quartz countertops, and European-style cabinetry. Shared amenities include a health and wellness center, bespoke boutique spa, and rooftop pool and restaurant, all accessible to both residents and hotel guests.
